All of our cakes and icings are made fresh from scratch including our fondant. It tastes great on our real scratch made butter cakes and butter cream. Three tier blue fondant triathalon wedding cake. The tiers get taller as they go to the top and the boarders are hand rolled fondant pearls. The top tier has some with the "swim" symbol, the middle has "bike" and the bottom has "run" hand painted in food color. The topper was made from sugar paste and has the Bride and Groom's names on it. 

Three tier off white fondant wedding cake with white and pearl fondant swirls. The sugar paste leaves cascade upwards. The reception was at the Gassaway mansion.

I know you can not see the room in this picture, but there are two antique pianos and an organ in the room. The most incredable item was the "Last Supper" carved from solid wood. It is well worth your time to call for a tour even if you are not planning a wedding.

Hello kitty on roller skates two tier fondant birthday cake. The hello Kitty figure topper is made of krispy rice treats and fondant.

Brown airbrushed tree stump wedding cake with a heart carved in it. The Bride and Groom's names are also carved inside the heart. It is decorated with fondant leaves, vines, mushrooms, acorns and flowers.

The next two photos show the three tier sweet 16 birthday cake in various stages. At this stage it could be a wedding or anniversary cake.

This stage has the zebra stripes, fondant pearls and sweet 16 sugar heart. The tiny polka dots on the top tier are in pink only at this stage.

Here we have added black and white fondant polka dots and stars. Also royal icing dots in black have been added to the top and larger ones on the bottom.
